Roy’s Kā’anapali will celebrate the wide range of styles and flavors of beer on Thursday, Feb. 28 with a food and beer pairing dinner.

The four-course dinner begins at 6 p.m. and costs $75/person, including tax and gratuity. It features a total of five different beers paired among the first three courses.

Here is the planned line-up of beer selected by Southern Glazier Wine and Spirits’ David Power, and the accompanying menu created by Roy’s Chef Garrett Mukogawa.
