Maui Lane Closures, April 19-25

There are several lane closures planned this week across the island for various state Department of Transportation projects.

This includes two closures in effect on the Hāna Highway. One involves utility work in Pāʻia between Baldwin Avenue and Puna Road from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The other involves the 24-hour closure of a Kahului-Bound lane between mile marker 1 and 2 of the Hāna Highway for road repaving.

In West Maui, night work is planned on the Honoapiʻilani Highway between Kahana Nui Road and Kāʻanapali Parkway, from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.; and day-work is planned on the Honoapiʻilani Highway in Māʻalaea between the Kuihelani Highway and Kapoli Street from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There is also an overnight closure on the Kūihelani Highway in the northbound direction for road repairs through Friday.  That project will run from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., daily.

All projects are weather permitting.
