Maui police say Steven Capobianco was arrested, but had not been charged as of Monday afternoon.  He was being held while police continued an investigation.

Capobianco was named as a person of interest in the Charli Scott homicide investigation; however, police did not say if Monday’s arrest was connected to the case.

Capobianco was also arrested on felony theft and burglary charges in May for an alleged home break-in reported at a home on Eono Place last September.
