Water service on Mahalani Street in Wailuku will be temporarily shut off while the Department of Water Supply personnel work to replace an old valve on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 10 and 11, 2014.

Work is scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, and conclude by 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, according to department personnel.

Affected customers are advised to store water if necessary during the work period.

The public can call the department’s 24-hour service line at 270-7633 if a water-related problem occurs.
