​Maui residents and visitors alike are invited to greet the Chinese New Year, The Year of the Ram, with fireworks and Steve Catugal’s Lion Dancers on Market Street at the Wailuku First Friday Town Party on Feb. 6 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Fireworks will begin in the front of First Hawaiian Bank at 6:30 p.m.

I Want Candy will take Maui Thing stage, Maui Rumba will entertain at Wailuku Banyan Tree Park and Joel Kaatz and Hawaiian Steel Guitar will perform at 33 N. Market St.

Enjoy Hawaiian music at the Beer and Wine Garden from 6 to 9 p.m.

ff_posterfeb15 (1)-1Entertainment also includes the Dilla Day Celebration with DJ Joralien & DJ Jay.P and free donuts at Request Music; the Saint Valentine’s art opening with Manao Hana Hou radio live broadcast at Wailuku Coffee Company; Honey Boutique’s free popcorn; Wailuku Cam with Harry Eagar; awa at Native Intelligence on Main Street; and a free yoga class at Body Alive from 4:45 p.m.

Women Helping Women will offer free sneak peeks of the Vagina Monologues every 30 minutes, from 6 p.m ‘Īao Theater.
