Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is on Maui today as part of the events for the current district work period.

During her visit, Gabbard will address the student body at Seabury Hall school Upcounty, visit the Maui Farm, and meet with Maui Police Chief Tivoli Faaumu.

This afternoon Gabbard will also meet with and recognize competitors training for the upcoming Special Olympics Swim and Fin event at the YMCA in Kahului.

The Maui visit is the last stop for Gabbard after visiting Oʻahu and Kailua-Kona earlier this week.

While on Oʻahu, Gabbard delivered remarks for the 2015 Hawaiʻi Air National Guard Launaʻole Ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam; and on Hawaiʻi Island, Gabbard visited with students on the Kealakehe High School Robotics Team.

Her visit in Kailua-Kona also included a meeting with Hawaiʻi District Airport Manager Chauncey Wong-Yuen to discuss the area’s request to house a compete US Customs facility service.
