Old Republic Title Sponsors MBB Meeting Place in West Maui

Thanks to Old Republic Title in Lahaina, Maui Business Brainstormers now has a long-term meeting location for its monthly “Business in the Think Tank” events in West Maui.

“Our West Maui BiTT ‘nomad’ status has finally changed!” MBB announced on social media.

MBB’s designated a team of organizers for its initiatives in West Maui–David “Kahu” Kapaku, Margaret DeStefano, Lori Fisher and Kauionalani Waller–along with other members of the organization, have been scouting for a sponsored meeting place in the Lahaina area for nine months.

MBB started hosting its monthly “Business in the Think Tank” meetings in West Maui in August 2014.

Back then, the president of the West Maui Hospital and Medical Center Foundation Joseph Pluta wrote in an email to his network, “I love it when there is new energy for West Maui! I am going to this inaugural meeting and will be talking about the West Maui Hospital and Medical Center Foundation Inc. Please check out how this new West Maui business organization may help your business in West Maui… we all know the power of networking and why it makes good business sense to be linked.”

Since February 2012, MBB members meet every month to discuss, share and learn about topics related to starting, running and growing a business. Spirited discussions result in the exchange of informative hints and tips, education and fun.

BiTT is a successful monthly brainstorming meeting hosted by MBB in two locations: Central Maui since February 2012 and West Maui since August 2014. It is open to all MBB members with free admission. Non-members of MBB are invited to join at no charge, then RSVP for the meeting.

MBB invites anyone interested for its next West Maui BiTT on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, from 11:45 Aa.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the new sponsored location in Lahaina.
