In the event that residences or businesses experience a water outage, occupants are asked to immediately contact the Department of Water Supply’s 24-hour service line at (808) 270-7633 to report the outage.

Callers should leave their name, address, and phone number so that the Department can return calls with an estimated time on when water service will be restored.
