Looking Ahead

A cold front to the northwest will weaken as it moves across Kauai tonight, then dissipate over the central islands on Wednesday. Another front will approach late in the week, also dissipating over the islands Friday night into Saturday. A weak surface ridge will build just north of the state over the weekend.

Northeast winds are expected around 15 mph today. Partly sunny skies are forecast with scattered windward and mauka showers and lots of leeward sunshine. High temperatures from 78° to 84°.
