Verizon Offers Free Mobile Device Workshops

Verizon is offering free wireless workshop sessions throughout the month of March to teach participants everything there is to know about iPhones and iPads.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated with not understanding how to fully utilize your mobile device or if you’ve ever wanted to learn insiders’ tips and tricks to making the most of your tablet, attend one of the free classes offered at the Verizon store on Sunday, March 6, from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. at Maui Marketplace in Kahului.

Apple iPad: Getting Started
Learn how to navigate iOS7 and use features like Control Center, Notification Center, Siri, Mail, Messaging, Camera, AirDrop, Safari and more. Verizon experts recommend initial setup to be complete before attending the workshop.

Apple iPhone: Getting Started
Attend this workshop and learn about the features of your iPhone. During this workshop, Verizon experts will show you how to use features like Maps, Siri (not available on all models), FaceTime, the app store and more.
