Brunch and Giveaways at Merriman’s on Mother’s Day

Celebrate with loved ones at Merriman’s Kapalua on Mother’s Day with a special prix fixe brunch.  You can also enter to win a $150 Spa Montage gift certificate, and a copy of chef/owner Peter Merriman’s new cookbook, “Merriman’s Hawai‘i – The Farm, The Chef, The Islands.”  Learn more about the cookbook in our article here.

Brunch will include a prix fixe menu for $45 per person, available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 8.  The first course features house-baked bread basket, lobster deviled farm eggs, house-pressed carrot-pineapple juice and local fresh fruit.

Diners then have their choice of entrées, with offerings like miso-glazed pork belly and Kauai prawns, Florentine Benedict, bistro filet mignon Loco Moco, prime corned beef hash with eggs and chermoula Mahi Mahi.
