County Submits Draft Molokaʻi Community Plan Update

The Maui County Planning Department has transmitted the draft update of the 2001 Molokaʻi Community Plan to the County Council for review and adoption.
Community plans guide the growth of specific community plan regions and are updated every ten years.
The 13-member Molokaʻi Community Plan Advisory Committee or CPAC provided recommendations and the plan was reviewed and updated by the Molokaʻi Planning Commission.
The Council now has up to a year to review the draft plan update, make revisions, and adopt the updated plan by ordinance.
