Fairmont Kea Lani Names New Sales Managers

The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui today announced the following sales manager appointments: Tiare Horner, Group Sales Manager; Brenda Swain, Leisure Sales Manager; Jennifer Miller, Resort Sales Representative; and Gina Rausch, Conference Services & Catering Manager.

The announcement was made by Shannah Milstead, Director of Sales and Marketing at the resort.

Tiare Horner has been appointed Group Sales Manager supporting the hotel revenue goals of driving group room bookings and growing relationships with meeting planners. Tiare brings 12 years hospitality experience to her new role having most recently served as Group Sales Coordinator with Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui. With a strong sales support background rooted in both leisure and group sales, Tiare brings extensive experience in customer relationship management as well as a clear focus on maximizing business opportunities.

Brenda Swain has been appointed Leisure Sales Manager supporting the transient business sales of Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui. Brenda began her career with Westin Hotels & Resorts in Human Resources and soon after followed her passion for travel into the sales and marketing department. With more than 14 years hospitality experience, Brenda most recently served as the Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Fairmont Kea Lani supporting the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.

Jennifer Miller has been appointed Resort Sales Representative supporting the optimization of revenue opportunities in Fairmont Kea Lani’s food and beverage and spa outlets. Jennifer has a diverse background in luxury sales with her most recent experience at Four Season Maui in the catering and special events department. Prior to this, Jennifer worked in real estate sales and marketing of luxury properties in Vancouver and Toronto for Canada’s largest developer, Concord Pacific.

Gina Rausch has been appointed Conference Services & Catering Manager supporting the banquet and event business at Fairmont Kea Lani. Gina brings a diverse background and experience to her new role. In 2014 she joined the Fairmont Kea Lani team as Conference Services and Events Representative where she worked planning and managing small groups and social events for the resort. Prior to her time in hospitality, Gina spent 11 years working in the education field.
