Looking for ways to honor Mom with some great food?  Here are some Mother’s Day options across the island on Sunday, May 14, 2017.

If you plan to celebrate upcountry, Hali‘imalie General Store will have a brunch buffet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  In Wailea, Gannon’s brunch buffet runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Also on the South side, kama‘āina can get 20% off at DUO at Four Seasons Resort Maui (and 20% off spa and salon treatments) on Sunday.  Calling it a “sumptuous Mother’s Day buffet,” DUO is offering the food between 6:30 a.m. and noon on Sundays.  To learn more and make reservations, please call 808 874-8000.

In Central Maui, Kahili Restaurant will have two seatings for its Mother’s Day brunch; one at  9 a.m., the other at 11:30 a.m.

The Cupcake Ladies Catering Co. and Kula Estate Coffee are offering a Cupcakes + Coffee Care Package gift set, available for delivery this week or pick-up at Maui Mall on Saturday, May 13.

On the West side, Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel is hosting its award-winning Sunday Champagne brunch on Mother’s Day at its Tiki Terrace Restaurant, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Hyatt Regency Maui is hosting its brunch in Kā‘anapali from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the resort’s Swan Court.

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa is offering a Mother’s Day Brunch at Black Rock Kitchen on Sunday with seatings between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Cane & Canoe at Montage Kapalua Bay is featuring a Mother’s Day menu from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. along with its Sunday Bloody Mary bar.

Taverna in Kapalua will offer a brunch between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, with live jazz by Fulton Tashombe.

Also in Kapalua, six chefs from The Ritz-Carlton will reminisce of their favorite meals growing up that remind them of their moms and will showcase their favorite “mom dishes” from braised pork belly and Lechon chicken to Futu Maki and Mom’s Portugese Bean Stew.
