The highly-anticipated Merriman’s Honolulu is slated to open Sat., June 23, 2018.  As Peter Merriman’s first O‘ahu location, the restaurant will be at Kaka’ako’s Ward Village, which includes residences along with an eclectic collection of retail stores and entertainment venues.

A three-times James Beard award nominee, Merriman began the farm-to-table movement in Hawai‘I more than 30 years ago as a pioneer of Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine.

Merriman’s flagship location opened in Waimea on Hawaiʼi Island in 1998, considered the original home to handcrafted Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine and now celebrating its 30th anniversary.
