The public is invited to celebrate the start of summer at Sunday’s Happy Valley Wellness Day.

The community event unfolds from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 24th in the Living Way Church parking lot at 399 N. Market St. at Mokuhau Road.

The fifth Happy Valley Wellness Day features “free food,” according to Living Way Pastor Greg Dela Cruz — including lunch and a fresh-produce giveaway.

The event also offers community-information booths, massages and haircuts.

The Project Vision Hawaiʻi mobile clinic provides free vision assessments and adult reading glasses; and the Vote 2 Rise initiative will register people to vote and to receive permanent absentee ballots in time for the Aug. 11 Primary Election and the Nov. 6 general election.
