Registration Begins for Free Learn to Swim for Youth Lessons in Wailuku

The county’s free Learn to Swim Lessons for youth (ages 4-17) will be accepting registration for upcoming classes in Wailuku starting today, Monday, July 2, 2018.

Space availability is limited and registration will continue until spots are filled.

Parents / guardians must register youth in person from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and from noon to 4:30 p.m. Sundays at War Memorial Complex’s Coach Soichi Sakamoto Pool, 700 Halia Nakoa St., Wailuku.

Class registration is first come first-served and youth are required to do a swim assessment to determine level of participation.

The program dates, times and other details include the following:

Level I: Ages 4 to 8 (eight spots available)
3:45-4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Aug. 13-Aug. 23, 2018, at Coach
Soichi Sakamoto Pool, Wailuku

Level II: Ages 5 to 17 (eight spots available)
3:45-4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Sept. 24-Oct. 3, 2018, at Coach
Soichi Sakamoto Pool, Wailuku
