Water Conservation Urged.

West Maui residents and businesses are strongly urged to conserve water tonight (Friday, Aug. 24, 2018) and into Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018.

The Department of Water Supply is unable to operate its pumps due to the power outage, and the surface water treatment facilities cannot process the muddy water inflow.

After power is restored, it will take some time to restore tank levels; therefore, customers should use water for health and safety purposes only until Sunday.
