Tiki Terrace, the award-winning signature restaurant at west Maui’s Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel, is turning its Sunday brunch on Feb. 10 into a Chinese New Year celebration. Mark the year of the pig early with lion dancing and a Chinese-influenced brunch! The buffet features Chinese Lup Chong Salad, Chow Fun, Shrimp Egg Fu Young, Star Anise Braised Short Ribs and a whole selection of Chinese specialty desserts including Creamy Rice Pudding!

Also, love is in the air at Kā’anapali Beach Hotel. On Thursday, Feb. 14, treat your sweetheart to a Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet at Tiki Terrace. Upon arrival, ladies will receive a long-stemmed rose and lovebirds can toast to a romantic evening with a glass of champagne or wine.

Executive Chef Muromoto’s special Valentine’s Day all-you-can eat-dinner is inspired by the diverse flavors of Hawai’i. Prices are as follows:
