On the roadways, the state Department of Transportation continues steel reinforcement installations and slope excavation on the Hāna Highway in East Maui this week.  The work will result in a lane closure in Keʻanae between Miles 7.8 and 15 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Traffic is being contraflowed.

In Kahului, traffic signal work will result in lane closures on the Kuihelani Highway in the vicinity of Puʻunēnē Avenue; and on Puʻunēnē Avenue between Hoʻokele and Puʻukani Streets.  Work runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

And in Wailuku, crews are doing a concrete pour on High Street, resulting in a northbound lane closure in the vicinity of Main Street.  Work runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
