Graduation Season Starts Tonight Through Next Week

Upcounty high school King Kekaulike will kickoff Maui County’s public school graduation season on Thursday when 250 Na Alii students receive their diplomas at the school stadium, beginning at 6 p.m.

The first official graduation, however, happens tonight at 7 p.m., at First Assembly of God for Kaahumanu Hou Christian School. Maui’s other private high schools will have their ceremonies next weekend.

Baldwin High School Seniors graduate on Friday at a 6 p.m. ceremony at War Memorial Stadium.

On Saturday, May 21, there are four ceremonies: Lanai, Hana, Molokai and Maui High. And on Sunday, May 22, students from Lahainaluna will attend their commencement at 6:30 p.m. at Boarders’ Field.
