Four Seasons Nobu Lanai to Open in December

Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay and celebrity chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa announced today the opening of Nobu Lanai in mid-December.

Nobu Lanai will showcase Nobu’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, as well as new creations infusing local ingredients. The new restaurant will be located on the lower lobby level looking out over Manele Bay.

“As a leader in innovative Japanese cuisine, world-renowned Chef Nobuyuki’s has
revolutionized the dining experience for epicureans and travelers alike,” said Tom Roelens,
the general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai.

"Chef Matsuhisa’s presence is an incredible edition to add to the already sophisticated and exclusive destination.”
