The marketplace is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Sunday, Dec. 21, near mile 16.9 of the Kula Highway at Kaʻama Street (about a quarter-mile past Grandma’s Coffeehouse).

Gov. David Ige today announced the appointment of Dr. Virginia “Ginny” Pressler as director of the Department of Health.

The University of Hawaiʻi today submitted a final written proposal to host the Barack Obama Presidential Center in Honolulu.

Hawaiʻi Gas Prices Continue To Fall, Wailuku at $4.05

The agency’s metro area report for Wailuku showed the price of a gallon of regular gas at $4.05 today, down six cents from last week, 20 cents from last month, 12 cents from last year, and down 93 cents from the high of $4.98 reported on May 9, 2011.


In February 2014, MRTC’s inaugural Supply and Service Expo attracted 50 exhibitors and nearly 500 attendees.  Event organizers plan on a similar format for the 2015 event.
