Police say Clifford Muller was allegedly observed entering the South Maui Gold and Loan pawn shop on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014. He is accused of allegedly stealing a cell phone valued at $500.

Among the items stolen from a Kīhei home were credit cards, which were utilized during a “shopping spree” in the Kīhei area, police said.
