High Surf Advisory North Shores until 6 p.m. 2/14/11

The National Weather Service in Honolulu has extended the HIGH SURF ADVISORY for NORTH and EAST FACING SHORES of MOLOKAI and MAUI now in effect until 6:00 p.m. this evening.

High Surf Advisory until 6 p.m. 2/9/11

Maui and Molokai are under a High Surf ADVISORY until 6 p.m. Wednesday. The National Weather Service issued the advisory for the North and West facing shores of Molokai and the North facing shores of Maui.

35-40 Foot Surf to Roll in to North Shores of Maui: Jan. 19-21

Surf will build to 35 to 40 feet along north shores of Maui and Molokai this afternoon into tonight, peaking during the day on Thursday.

Surf Warning Jan. 19-21: Maui 20-30 ft, Kauai 30-40 ft

Surf will increase rapidly on Wednesday afternoon and evening, reaching 30 to 40 feet along north and west facing shores of Kauai and 20 to 30 feet along north shores of Maui and Molokai.

Large Swell expected to peak Wednesday Jan. 19, 2011
