The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals opinion stated that while the plaintiffs have alleged constitutional violations, the officer Defendants are entitled to qualified immunity because the law was not clearly established at the time of the incidents.

The Maui Police Department arrested three Maui teens in connection with the burglary of Waihee Elementary School last week.
