Judge Rhonda Loo ordered that an injunction hearing involving Halloween festivities in Lahaina be continued until this afternoon to allow attorneys more time to review legal documents. The court proceedings are set to resume at 1:30 p.m. today in 2nd Circuit Court on Maui.
Injunction Against Lahaina Halloween Goes to Court
The complaint summons and injunction were filed on behalf of Na Makua O Maui and Maui resident Richard Dancil and will be heard at 11 a.m. in the courtroom of Judge Rhonda Loo. The injunction comes up for review four days before Halloween festivities are scheduled along Front Street.
