Sugar Drinks Linked to Increased Heart Risk in Men

A new study shows that men who drank a 12-ounce sugar-sweetened beverage daily, had a 20% higher risk of heart disease compared to those who didn’t drink any sugar-sweetened drinks.

The Hawai’i State Department of Health today announced the release of a new series of influenza education videos.
Working in partnership with the Department of Education and private schools, the video series was developed with input from students and teachers as well as community pediatricians.
