An estimated 1,700 individuals participated in the 42nd Annual Maui County Senior Fair held Halloween morning at the War Memorial Gym in Wailuku.
3 Arrests, 6 Traffic Citations at 2015 Halloween in Lahaina Event
There were a total of three arrests and six traffic citations issued during the 2015 Halloween in Lahaina event on Front Street on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015. Police estimate a crowd of between 20,000 and 25,000 people attended the annual event, down from the 28,000 estimate in 2014.

Halloween at Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center
In addition to store-to-store trick-or-treating, the Queen Kaʻahumanu Center will be offering a limited supply of non-food items for trick-or-treaters in support of the Teal Pumpkin Project, plus buying candy back Nov 1-5 and donating the sweets to Operation Gratitude, which sends care packages to service men and women overseas, first responders, wounded warriors and other veteran groups. Store-to-store trick-or-treating starts at 5 p.m. on Halloween.

11 Arrests Made During Lahaina Halloween
There were a total of nine adults and two juveniles arrested at the Halloween event directly related to the evening’s festivities. Officials estimate that there were approximately as many people in attendance this year as there were last year.
