#Little League World Series

The team has won all 10 of its games this summer, at the state and West Region levels, to qualify for the 2025 Intermediate 50/70 World Series in Livermore, Calif., that began Sunday. Central East Maui received a bye and will open play today 1 p.m. HST in the event that runs through Aug. 3.

With the tying run at third base, the Central East Maui Little League All-Stars fell just short in a 4-3 elimination game loss to Lake Mary, Fla., on Wednesday. They were one of the final eight teams in the tournament.

The Central East Maui All-Stars suffered a slim 4-3 loss to Lake Mary Little League of Florida, the Southeast region representative on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024, ending their World Series run in Williamsport, Pa. Florida moves on to play Nevada after the Mountain team was defeated 5-2 against Texas earlier in the day. The winner of Florida vs. Nevada will advance to the US Championship game on Saturday against Texas.

The Central East Maui All-Stars defeated Pennsylvania 3-1 in their fourth game of the Little League World Series. The victory over Council Rock Newtown Little League, the Mid-Atlantic regional representative, puts the Maui boys within two games of the US Championships.

The Central East Maui All-Stars lost their third game in the Little League World Series on Friday with a 3-2 loss against Paseo Verde Little League of Henderson, Nevada, the Mountain regional team.  They are now 2-1 for the series.

The Central East Maui All-Stars won their second game in the Little League World Series on Friday with a 5-0 victory against Hinsdale Little League of Illinois, the Great Lakes regional team.  They are now 2-0 for the series. The Maui 12U boys advance to Game 22 at 9 a.m. HST (3 p.m. ET) on Monday, Aug. 19 against Mountain (Paseo Verde Little League of Henderson, Nevada).

The Central East Maui All-Stars won their opening round game in the Little League World Series on Wednesday with a 3-1 victory against Salem, NH, the New England regional team.  The Maui 12U boys advance to Game 10 at 9 a.m. HST (3 p.m. ET) on Friday, Aug. 16 against Great Lakes (Hinsdale Little League of Illinois).

“That’s unreal and that’s the same thing that we told our kids, is that ‘understand how hard it is to get here,’ ” Central East Maui Little League team manager Daniel Bolduc said. “As many years as we’ve coached — and like you said, only two teams from Maui have made it this far — and we’ve had some unreal teams go through these tournaments.”

The Central East Maui Little League majors have secured a spot in the Little League World Series after defeating Eastvale Little League of Southern California on Friday 2-1 for the West Region title. The 12U boys from Maui will play in the opening round of the Little League World Series in Game 2 on Wednesday at 9 a.m. (3 p.m. ET) against Salem, NH, the New England regional team.

The Central East Maui Little League majors have secured a spot in the championship game of the West Region Tournament taking place this week in San Bernardino, California. They will play Eastvale Little League of Southern California at 3 p.m. HST (6 p.m. PT) on Friday, Aug. 9. The Maui 12U team is one win away from a regional title and a securing a spot in the Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport Pa.

The Maui boys play a quarterfinal game today (Tuesday, July 23) at 5 p.m. (2 p.m. HST), against Arizona—the same team they defeated 13-3 on Sunday at the regional tournament in Nogales, Arizona.

The 97th Maui Fair is honored to announce the 2019 Maui Fair Grand Parade Marshalls, the Little League World Series Champions, Maui’s own “Central Maui Senior Little League All-Star Team,” and West Region Champions “Central East Maui Little League.”

Maui Central East Maui Little League All-Star teams who won the Senior Division World Series, and earned a regional title and second place national finish in the division for 11- and 12-year-olds, will be honored at a celebration this afternoon (Friday, Sept. 6, 2019).

Four Maui baseball teams will be present for an autograph signing and photo opportunity next Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Macy’s Men’s store located in Kahului.

Friends and family gathered at Kahului Airport to welcome home Maui’s Intermediate World Series Champs, the Central Maui Little League All-Stars.

The Maui team plays Seoul, South Korea in the championship game today (Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016) at 8 p.m. EDT, 2 p.m. HST, after Seoul defeated Latin America for the other slot in the Intermediate Baseball World Series title game. Today’s game will be televised on ESPN2.
