St. Anthony School to Hold Hybrid Fundraising Event This Saturday, Nov. 14
St. Anthony School will host its 2020 fundraising gala in a hybrid – in-person and online – format on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 12 to 2 p.m. The virtual portion of the event is free to stream and will allow guests to participate in what is usually a 200 person event at the King Kamehameha Golf Club. The in-person portion of the fundraiser consists of a limited seating, VIP luncheon at the new Wailea Kitchen.
Pacific Whale Foundation Presents Educational Ocean Camp, Oct. 5-9
Pacific Whale Foundation presents an educational ocean camp from Oct. 5-9 for Maui students in the first through fifth-grade. The education program is called “Ocean Camp: From Screen to Sea” and features virtual and in-person ocean engagement.

Hawai’i State senators from Maui released a video Monday afternoon announcing the suspension of senate sessions. Senate Majority Leader J. Kalani English of Maui announced in the video that the state legislature will be in recess until after the pandemic is over.
