In response to the demand of Maui residents, the Kīhei Charter School announced that the upcoming school year (2024-2025) will have an additional 66 student slots for grades K-2, doubling the number of available student slots in those grades.

Individuals that volunteer with a nonprofit, private or government volunteer program are eligible to be nominated.

If you are a business offering products or services related to health, take note. In a recent informal Facebook survey, Maui Now found that getting healthy was a top priority in 2011 for our respondents.

Hawaiian Airlines has launched its first-ever nonstop flights between Maui and Las Vegas.  The route was announced earlier this year and has since started twice-weekly service with a wide-body Boeing 767-300 aircraft that seats up to 264 passengers.  The new service adds 2,000 seats per month to the route.  The route was initiated in response […]
