Maui Officer Enters Not Guilty Plea to Alleged Domestic Abuse
Tristin L Hickman, 35, was arrested on the evening of Oct. 24, 2017, while off-duty. He entered a not-guilty plea in 2nd Circuit Court on Tuesday.

The investigation stems from the discovery of a lifeless body of an adult male, found near the campus of Kahului Elementary School at 6:46 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017.

After registering as a sex offender at the Wailuku Police Station Friday, May 31, Charles Cowan sexually assaulted a woman in a store dressing room and then tried to escape.
