(Posted: 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, 7/7/10) Maui firefighters are responding to a brush fire reported at around 2 o’clock this afternoon (Wednesday, July 07, 2010) in the cane fields north of the Maalaea power plant.  Drivers are advised to exercise caution.  We will update you with information as it becomes available.

Saturday’s University of Hawai‘i-BYU men’s volleyball match that was supposed to be played on Maui on Saturday, has been rescheduled for Monday at the Stan Sheriff Center on Oahu.
