Ex-Boyfriend Arrested on Allegations of Kidnapping, Attempted Murder on Lānaʻi

A 23-year-old man was arrested on after his 41-year-old ex-girlfriend ran to the Lānaʻi Police Station and reported she was allegedly held against her will and strangled.
