A female occupant reported smelling smoke in the house and evacuated the home after walking into a room used as a business office and finding the air conditioning unit on fire. Fire officials say the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Three people were displaced after a fire broke out at a home on Ulupa Place in Spreckelsville last night. The incident was reported at 7:21 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 by a female occupant who reported that she smelled smoke and heard popping sounds coming from the garage.
