Hawaiian Airlines will add more seats on its Osaka-Honolulu route with the its newest and largest aircraft, the 294-seat Airbus A330-200, starting April 21, 2012.

The Hawai‘i Visitors & Convention Bureau has received the Platinum Choice Award from Smart Meetings magazine and Platinum Partner Award from Incentive magazine.

Starting in May 2012, Hawaiian Airlines announced that it is upgrading its Sydney-Honolulu daily flights with a new and larger Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Total expenditures by Maui visitors in the first nine months of 2011 increased by 15.1%, compared to the same period last year, to $2,370.5 million, according to preliminary statistics released today by the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
