A sold-out crowd of 2,400 arrived at War Memorial Gym early and stayed late Friday night to see a rare “live” performance by the Rainbow Wahine.

A traffic pattern has been established to accommodate two events happening this Friday in Wailuku. To reduce confusion, and ensure safety, the County of Maui will close the gate between the two gyms at the base of the hill on Halia Nakoa Street.

The tsunami warning event on Saturday resulted in sewage spills to the ocean at three locations. Saturday’s University of Hawai‘i-BYU men’s volleyball match that was supposed to be played on Maui on Saturday, has been rescheduled for Monday at the Stan Sheriff Center on Oahu.
