Starting this August, UH Maui College will offer two accelerated, eight-week credit courses in Geographic Information Systems, leading to a Certificate of Competence in GIS.

New Microsoft Windows Supports Hawaiian Language

Windows 8 includes a Hawaiian keyboard layout in the operating system, fonts containing diacritical marks used in the Hawaiian language, and other localized resources such as the ability to show days of the week and months in Hawaiian.
