This topic might seem like a no-brainer to some readers out there, but to everyone else, it’s pretty amazing to own an oceanfront home on Maui. The fact that it is still possible to buy oceanfront property on Maui is really kind of incredible.

The Boston Red Sox is on a mission to sign Shane Victorino and sources are reporting the Maui-borned free-agent has agreed to play out field for the sum of $39 million over three years.
