Roadwork is planned in Paia, Haiku and Wailuku, resulting in lane closures and alternating lane closures between Saturday, July 29 and Friday, Aug. 4, 2017.

In Pāʻia, an alternating lane closure will be in effect on the Hāna Hwy in one direction between the Pāʻia Mini-Bypass and Ulupua Pl.

UPDATE: Maui Electric has since restored power to all customers affected by the early morning outage in Sprecklesville, Pāʻia and Kūʻau as of 6:16 a.m.
