Escaped Prisoner from MCCC

On 05/08/10 at approximately 0920 hours Harry Kahaleauki (38) escaped from the custody of the Adult Correction Officers of Maui Community Correctional Center while Kahaleauki was attending his brother’s funeral at Ballard’s Mortuary in Kahului.
Kahaleauki should be approached with extreme caution, and should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to call 911, contact Criminal Investigation Division 244-6425, or Crime Stoppers 242-6966.
Kahaleauki is described as: Hawaiian male, 6’1” to 5’8″/ 200 lbs./ black hair/ brown eyes. He was last seen wearing his orange colored M.C.C.C. clothing with iron leg shackles
