VIP Foodservice’s Cash n’ Carry store in Kahului re-opened as Cash n’ Carry Warehouse earlier this month, re-introducing the memorable Akahi red hotdogs that had been out of production for years.  The results of a six-month store renovation and transformation will were unveiled at a grand re-opening celebration on Friday, June 11, 2010.

The remodeled warehouse features expanded offerings of more than 200 new items, with more Hawaii-made products, as well as natural and organic selections.  The Cash n’ Carry Warehouse also unveiled new fresh meat, cheese and produce departments.

“The upgrade of our Cash n’ Carry Warehouse store reflects our commitment to bringing customers the local and nationally branded products they need at a value, while maintaining our Aloha spirit,” said Steve Smith, Vice President of the store’s purchasing division.

The store has also begun to rollout a new company logo.  Reflecting traditional Maui roots and values, the friendly and easy-to-read logo shares the company’s philosophy- “Better Value for Your Ohana”.

Cash n’ Carry Warehouse continues to unveil new areas daily. Cash n’ Carry first opened on Maui in 1986 and is located at 90 Amala Place in Kahului.
