By Katie McMillan
If you are a business offering products or services related to health, take note. In a recent informal Facebook survey, Maui Now found that getting healthy was a top priority in 2011 for our respondents. While by no stretch of the imagination does this survey accurately reflect all of Maui, it does illustrate Maui’s alignment with the historic trend towards health related New Years resolutions.
Statistics unfortunately show that almost half of all people who make New Years resolutions break them after six months. Perhaps these respondents will be different.

“More fasting, cleansing, Pilates and less drinking. That should help me accomplish a ton this year on creative endeavors with a clear mind body and spirit!”—Tristen Noel
