Crews from the Department of Water Supply are working to repair an 8 inch transmission line that broke near Baldwin Beach Park in Paia.

At around noon today, Water Department officials estimated repairs to be complete and water restored within five hours.

At around 10:45 a.m. residents of Paia reported little to no water pressure. Affected customers include areas of Paia from Baldwin Beach to Kuau.
