Roy’s in Kahana is offering a prix fixe menu, highlighting the best of their signature Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, for $45 per person every night of the week.

By ordering from the prix fixe menu, diners can enjoy a sampler appetizer from the Chef, an entrée choice among mac nut fish, short ribs or hibachi salmon, and the famous Roy’s Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé.

Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine combines European techniques, Asian cuisine and Hawaiian hospitality to create an innovative dining experience. Founded in 1988, the first Roy’s opened in Honolulu and now there are 31 locations around the world. Feast in a spacious dining room, complemented by Roy’s signature exhibition kitchen in full view.
