As part of an ongoing educational series, the Maui Association of Landscape Professionals (MALP) will host a workshop on how to submit a successful farm plan that meets Count of Maui agricultural zoning requirements on May 24.

Trace Stice, broker in charge, Hawaii Life Real Estate Services, will introduce the Farm Plan and share his experience of successfully completing four plans himself. Stice has been actively involved in the real estate business on Maui for over 30 years, with a specialty of buying and selling agriculturally zoned properties in the Upcountry and Haiku area. Active in sustainable farming, he will use his own Maliko Farm as an example of successful implementation of a farm plan.
