Mayor’s TV Show to Discuss Public Works

Public Works officials on Maui will be the featured guests on the upcoming edition of “Your County with Mayor Arakwa.”
The one-hour television show, hosted by Maui Mayor Alan Arakawa, will be aired live at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, on Akaku Channel 53.

Public Works Director David Goode, and Public Works Deputy Director Rowena Dagdag-Andaya will discuss recent and upcoming road resurfacing projects, how the department selects roads for resurfacing, different pavement preservation techniques for roads, and funding.

The show will re-air at 7 p.m. on February 8, 15, 22, and 29.
