February Home Sales Up, Condo Sales Down

Home sales on Maui rose to 77 in February, up from 50 home sales the month before, according to the latest real estate sales report from the Realtors Association of Maui.

The median home price was $535,000 last month, but was much lower in Central Maui where 23 homes sold for a median price of $372,000—that was followed by Kihei, where 15 homes sold for a median of $448,000.

Condo sales on Maui were down, despite lower prices. The largest volume of condo sales was in Kihei, where 35 units sold for a median of $235,000.  That was followed by Napili where 19 units sold $292,000.
