Flags will be flown at half-staff tomorrow in honor of former State Representative John Justin Medeiros.

Medeiros served the Kailua district in the state House from 1971 to 1988, and as a delegate to the State Constitutional Convention in 1968.  His public service also involved work as chairman of the O’ahu Advisory Council from 1969 to 1970, and member of the Hawai’i State Boxing Commission.
